Made with Love
Every single cup
A Family Tradition,
One Shave at a Time
Papa Levi's didn't start in a boardroom. It started at a neighborhood summer fair, a hand-cranked machine, and a recipe that made strangers line up just to try one bite.
Today, we still shave every cone by hand. We still mix our syrups with the same care. And we still believe that a snow cone isn't just a treat — it's a moment of pure, unfiltered happiness on a hot Texas day.
Located right here in Groves, we've been serving our community with fresh flavors and a friendly smile for years. Whether you're a local or just passing through, there's always a seat for you at our counter.
